EVENT: JUNE 24th 2022 at 02.10 METEORITE ON GROUND - SEARCH IN CARYNTHIA
On June 24, 2022 at 2:10 a.m., a meteor lit up the Central European night sky. This luminous phenomenon was observed by many people. Calculations showed that some fragments of the meteorite could most likely be scattered in a narrow area between St. Nikolai and Deutsch-Grutschen. Meteorites between a few grams and a few kilograms can be expected. If you are traveling in this area, please help search!
